TWELVE Atlantic Station is the first development of Novare Group's TWELVE Hotels & Residences subsidiary, which combines upscale, attractively priced condominiums with a boutique-style hotel. The project was originally conceived as a means of providing boutique hotel-style amenities to the condominium homeowners. The concept has met with great success and has received a significant amount of media coverage for both the residential and hotel components, including selection by Conde Nast Traveler magazine as one of only 15 U.S. hotels included in their 2006 "Hot List". The project also includes The Ballroom at TWELVE, a successful new venue managed by Novare Events, as well as Lobby at TWELVE, a popular restaurant and bar developed and owned by Concentrics Hospitality Group that is regularly mentioned as one of the hottest new restaurants in Atlanta. It is located within Atlantic Station®, a widely acclaimed mixed-use development incorporating retail, office buildings, green space and a variety of housing options.
