Located next to Centennial Olympic Park and the future site of the Aquarium/ World of Coca-Cola site, Centennial House combines urban living with ample floorplans. Novare was chosen by the Centennial Olympic Park Area, Inc. (COPA) to develop this site. Centennial House was designed to offer an attractively priced, higher standard of loft-style residences than existed in the surrounding downtown area. This development was completed in partnership with the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership (ANDP). This unique alliance allows for a percentage of "owned work force housing" that encourages economic diversity in the building.
