Novare Group selects Bob Amick's Concentrics Hospitality to oversee concept design and management of restaurant at TWELVE® Hotels and Residences

ATLANTA - October 13, 2005 - Novare Group announced today that it has reached an agreement with Concentrics Hospitality, a concept development and management company, to oversee the restaurant for TWELVE® Hotels and Residences. The restaurant, christened Lobby, debuts in December at TWELVE ATLANTIC STATION®. A second location is planned for TWELVE Centennial Park, currently under construction in downtown Atlanta, which will open in 2007.

"Lobby is a gathering place for those who want chef-inspired, traditional American food with a contemporary twist, in a vibrant casual environment," said Bob Amick, Concentrics Hospitality partner and creator of such Atlanta favorites as ONE. midtown kitchen, TWO. urban licks and piebar.

The restaurant's design includes an open kitchen surrounded by two dining areas. A hickory-embossed, wood-burning grill and pizza oven, serve as a focal point. The oven serves as the backdrop for the bar, which is open to the hotel lobby. The flow from restaurant to bar to hotel lobby creates an exciting, kinetic atmosphere for guests, residents and the public alike.

A full lunch and dinner menu features dishes using the best seasonal ingredients. The lunch check averages in the high teens. Dinner menu items range from $4 to $14 for small plates and appetizers to $14 to $26 for entrees and specialty wood-roasted items. A modified breakfast menu, limited catering and room service are also available to hotel guests, as well as residents, through the GHOST (Guest Hotel Operating System Terminal), a feature of TWELVE's innovative technology system. Using TWELVE's in-room flat-screen monitors, guests order these services, as well as many others, customizing their service experience.

Jim Veil, president of TWELVE Hotels and Residences, has opened more than 20 high-end hotels throughout the United States and knows the importance of a destination restaurant that attracts locals as well as guests.

"Bob Amick and Concentrics Hospitality are known for innovative restaurant concepts that stand the test of time," said Veil. "They were the clear choice to develop Lobby."
