Gallery Condominium Tops Out in Buckhead

Atlanta, GA - (March 30, 2007) - Development partners Novare Group and Coro Realty Advisors and general contractor Manhattan Construction Company will hold a topping-out ceremony today for Gallery, the 27-story condominium project located on Atlanta’s famed Peachtree Road in Buckhead. A topping-out occurs when the last beam of structural steel is put in place atop a skyscraper.

The 203-home building will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury condominium homes at 2795 Peachtree, at the corner of Peachtree and Rumson Roads, just south of the Buckhead Village. Construction is progressing on schedule, and the first move-ins are scheduled for December 2007. This is Novare Group’s third condominium project in Buckhead, following in the footsteps of Eclipse, completed in 2005, and Realm, opened in summer 2006.
