Grand Opening of Eclipse Will Showcase Atlanta's First Virtual Art Gallery

ATLANTA January 7, 2005 - Eclipse, a condominium community developed by Novare Group and Wood Partners, will hold its grand opening on January 20, 2005. Many representatives from the local business community and media, as well as Eclipse homeowners and others will to be on hand to admire the glass-and-steel high-rise located at 250 Pharr Road in the heart of Buckhead Village.

The 358 homes at Eclipse feature the distinctive architecture and rich amenities for which the Wood/Novare partnership is so well known, including ten-foot ceilings, kitchens with granite and stainless steel appliances, floor-to-ceiling glass, 24-hour concierge, outstanding fitness and social centers, reserved parking and ultra high-tech features.

One aspect of the ultra high-tech infrastructure will be on display as a highlight of the grand opening—the debut of Atlanta's first virtual art gallery. Nine local galleries will showcase digital images of current exhibitions on 42- and 60-inch plasma screens located in Eclipse's contemporary lobby. Residents and guests will have the ability to manually change the artwork by selecting from the nine local galleries via an interactive touch screen in the lobby. In addition, residents may register their preferences, so that works from their favorite gallery appear when they enter the building. Novare Group affiliate Biltmore Communications developed the technology utilized at Eclipse.
