| J. Andrew Vance is Senior Vice President of Investments at Novare Group Holdings, LLC. Andy has been with Novare Group since 2003, has responsibility for the company’s income producing investment activity including acquisitions, dispositions, retail and office leasing and asset management, and has completed over $500 million of transactions. Prior to Novare, Andy was an associate at Duke Realty Corporation, underwriting industrial and office developments in their financial analysis group. Andy received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from The University of Georgia. |
