| Gardiner Thompson is Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Novare Group. Gardiner Thompson has been with Novare Group since 2006 and has primary responsibility for all of the day-to-day legal affairs for Novare Group and its affiliates. Prior to joining Novare Group, Gardiner practiced law at Troutman Sanders LLP in the corporate department where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and real estate joint venture matters. Prior to joining Troutman Sanders, Gardiner served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Emmett R. Cox on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Gardiner received a B.B.A. in Finance and a J.D. from the University of Georgia. |
