| John Long is Chief Investment Officer for Novare Group, heading the company’s investment office and investment committee. Mr. Long’s additional responsibilities include managing the marketing department and Novare Realty as well as leading the company’s income-property fund, GREAUX Urban Fund. Long has more than 20 years’ experience in project management, finance, sales and marketing. Before joining Novare Group in 1999, he was a director with the mortgage banking division of Finova Group, where he was responsible for commercial-loan originations. Prior to Finova, he opened the Atlanta office of Belgravia Capital. During his tenure with Novare Group, Long has overseen the financing, sales and marketing of more than 5,800 condominium residences. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Industrial Systems Engineering. He is a member of and has served on several committees and advisory boards for Midtown Alliance, the Real Estate Group of Atlanta (REGA), the Urban Land Institute and Mortgage Bankers Association. |
