| As Senior Vice President of Finance for Novare Group, Mr. Brock is responsible for arranging and structuring senior, mezzanine and equity financing for the company’s development projects and property acquisitions. He is also responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with the company’s capital sources. Since joining Novare Group in 2004, Mr. Brock has closed over $1.25 billion in construction and acquisition financing. Prior to joining Novare Group in 2004, Mr. Brock worked with Prudential Capital Group in Atlanta, Georgia, where he underwrote and closed investment grade, below investment grade and mezzanine corporate debt placements with companies throughout the Southeast. Mr. Brock graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance and has his CFA Charter. |
