| Judd Bobilin is Chief Development Officer. In this capacity, he is responsible for Novare Group Holdings' real estate development activities in all markets. Mr. Bobilin began his real estate career with TMW, a German-held real estate investment bank which later merged with Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI), where he managed various real estate investments, overseeing the development of more than 1.5 million square feet of office and residential space. Following his tenure at TMW, Bobilin joined the residential division of Lincoln Property Company as Vice President of Development for the Southeast. He joined Novare Group in 2003, heading the company’s development as it began its focus on high-rise residential and mixed-use development. Since that time, the company has delivered more than 2,500 condominium residences and 100,000 square feet of retail, launched its TWELVE® Hotels & Residences brand and entered new markets in the Southeast and Southwest. Bobilin is a graduate of Syracuse University with a B.A. in Communications and also received a Masters of Business Administration from Georgia State University. He has served on numerous professional panels for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and various real estate publications and in 2006, he was selected to serve on Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin’s Permitting Improvement Taskforce. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Multifamily Council of NAHB and NAIOP. |
